MAY 26th workshop
Another workshop at the fabulous 'Fibreworks' shop in the pretty Cotswold town of Chipping Norton, on Saturday May 26th, 11.00am to 3.30pm. Price £30. Spaces as usual are limited, so that I can give my full attention to everyone. All materials and tools provided and for sale. Last time we made little birds, so it will be something different this time - watch this space!
To book a place, please contact Claire via the website here. ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ *STOP PRESS!* I hope to have some of my first needle felting kits launched by the time this workshop happens and they may be available to buy. |
ABOUT ME
Welcome to my website showcasing my latest work. I am a full time professional illustrator and decorative toy maker, with a 2:1 BA in Illustration and Graphic Design (University of Newcastle at Northumbria). I've worked for Disney UK, Gisela Graham and Templar UK, as well as other companies. I have a lively, flexible style and experience of working on pop up books and 3D ornament design, as well as 2D flatwork, picture books and spots.
My latest novelty books feature not only my illustrations, but my needle sculpted toy characters too. 'Mrs Mouse's Cupcakes' and 'Peggy's Lost Pennies' are published by Templar UK.

When I am not illustrating, I make art toys and stationary featuring my artworks. I usually work to order - at the moment I am booked up, but please contact me for lead times or to be put on my order list. Prices for larger needle sculpted toys start from £150/$240 upwards (see price guide here) depending on complexity and for smaller items, £35/$55 upwards. All my sculptures are for collectors only and not intended for children, being decorative objects which are easily malformed with over handling.
