It all started with an anonymous present of a needle felting kit which arrived through the post in February 2008; a bundle of wools and some felting needles. I decided to make my own design and after a quick look on YouTube to see how it basically worked. I began jabbing away until I had made my first needle felted design, a funny little muddy coloured rabbit that I named 'Bodkin'. It was the start of a whole new career for me and I am still needle felting (and still learning) to this day.
Since then, I've sold my work around the world, had two needle felting books published, designed over 80 patterns for books, kits and magazines and had two children's books published, using my own illustrations and needle felted characters.
